PLEASANT HILL A bicycle stop early Thursday led to the arrest of a man and the recovery of drugs and cash police revealed The -year-old man was stopped by officers about a m Thursday while riding a bicycle near his home in the block of Saint Lawrence Way for carriage code section violations including not stopping for a red light and having no lights on his bicycle police Corporal Allan Roan noted Police stated he had suspected methamphetamine and approximately in cash on him Police served a search warrant at the man s home about a m Thursday where they recovered more suspected methamphetamine and other drugs as well as more cash and other evidence he was selling drugs He was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale possession of drugs by a person with prior drug convictions and possession of drug paraphernalia He was being held at the Martinez Detention Facility in lieu of bail as of Friday morning
